The 6th CSR & Sustainability Meetup gathered a record-high audience on February 24th in Dubai! More than 40 participants met to network and discuss the value of sustainability reporting, guided by Rana Hariz, Associate Certified Sustainability Assurance Practitioner iCompli, division of BPA Worldwide and Diego Perez-Claramunt, Head of Social Performance MENA, Royal Dutch Shell.
In his presentation Diego Perez-Claramunt underlined how at Shell, CSR is about having a clear purpose, giving back to society, supporting national vision and helping the development of all stakeholders. He also emphasized measurement as an important tool in achieving common goals.
The 6th CSR & Sustainability Meetup was conducted as part of the Advanced Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) Professional Training, which took place in Dubai February 22-24, organized by Sustainability Knowledge Group.
