Aglaia Ntili, Managing Director of Sustainability Knowledge Group, joins Murdoch University Dubai as an Adjunct Lecturer in Sustainability. Aglaia will teach a Unit dedicated to Business, Society and the Environment, as part of the new world Master of Business Administration (MBA). Murdoch University Dubai is a core branch of Murdoch University, which is based in Perth, Western Australia. It is accredited by the TEQSA, Government of Australia and certified by Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) Government of Dubai. Murdoch University is consistently ranked as one of the top 100 young universities (under 50 years old) in the world.

“The opportunity to teach at such a renowned university is both an honour and privilege. Teaching MBA students on the key issues about the relationship between business, society and the environment will help foster a critical understanding of the role of firms in contemporary societies. It is a wonderful opportunity to provide students with both theoretical and practical knowledge on Sustainability, Governance, Corporate Responsibility and Business Ethics, sharing with them personal experience and professional expertise I gained during 15 years of international advisory and training practice” says Aglaia Ntili.

As part of this Unit, Mrs Aglaia Ntili will discuss how the interplay of markets, politics, sustainability science and ethical reasoning are used to foster responsible management-and-governance approaches. The aim of the Unit is to build conceptual bridges and synergies across business, politics/governance and sustainability. We are honoured to support the mission of Murdoch University, and help nurture future business and sustainability leaders and enable them to successfully and incorporate current sustainability and corporate responsibility concepts and practices in their organizations.
