Ana Jovanovic – Partnerships Manager
Ana Jovanovic is the Partnership Manager at Sustainability Knowledge Group, responsible for supporting business development through value-adding partnerships and solid strategic communications. Her role extends in the efficient implementation of sustainability advisory and training projects, based on clients’ requirements and international guidelines.
Ana has a sound background in business development with almost 10 years in the field, and central roles in corporate strategic decision-making processes. Ana has also considerable experience in SME management and family business development with leading sustainable change in small scale operations. Before joining Sustainability Knowledge Group, Ana served as a Foreign Trade professional in an international cocoa trading company. Her responsibilities included researching commodity market fundamentals and performing ad hoc analysis, as well as assuring business compliance with requirements of UTZ Certified, a sustainability program for economically, socially and environmentally responsible cocoa production.
Ana holds a BSc in International Trade from Belgrade University of Economics and an MSc in international Shipping, Finance and Management from Athens University of Economics and Business. During her studies she gained high-quality knowledge and a solid understanding of the shipping industry, its market sentiment and legislation.
Maria Zotali – Communications and Content Strategist
Maria has a long experience in international Advisory and Advertising.
She has an MSc in Marketing, an LLM in European Law with focus in International Environmental Law and Human Rights and a BA (Hons) in European Politics with emphasis in Policy development at European and National level.
Her experience varies from Operations Management, Communications and Marketing, to Event and Social Media Management. She has extensive Project Management Experience in International Projects in South Africa, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Greece. Maria has a strategic and policy approach on CSR and Sustainability and unique skills in communicating corporate strategy and transforming abstract contexts into tangible value. She has a passion in helping companies and top management realize the importance of adopting a Sustainable Communications approach as a risk management mechanism, to differentiate themselves and create value for their stakeholders.
In her spare time, Maria takes long walks with her dog, trains in Kick Boxing and currently learns how to kite surf. She can also talk about music for hours!
Ramona da Gama – Coaching for Performance Professional
Ramona is passionate about helping businesses and people grow!
Her career is dedicated in assisting businesses identify their value offering and how to position their brand in the market. Ramona coaches and mentors Senior Executives and individuals to build on their personal brand, position themselves in the market, gain a competitive advantage and achieve their goals and vision.
Ramona has trained and worked with Sir John Whitmore (Coaching for Performance), Tim Gallwey (The Inner Game Series) and with Shirlaws Coaching, specialists in business management and investor relations.
Ramona has coached Sir Stellios to launch Easyjet, Rupert Murdoch at News Group, Richard Desmonds at United Newspapers, Robert Maxwell at Mirror Group, and Virgin Atlantic Group. Ramona has worked with The Guardian, Telegraph Newspapers, London Times, Sunday Times and the Mail on Sunday, The Independent, and The Newspaper Society, with Abbey Life, Merrill Lynch, Lloyds TSB, Corporate Edge, Likemind, Salter Baxter, Future brand, Zephyr, Brandhouse, Interbrand, and Landor. She is publishing sector advisor for The Industrial Society, and works with Radley Yeldar and through coaching for performance she supports their sustainability, employee engagement, corporate reporting, branding and digital teams.
She is a member of The Investor Relations Society UK & the Middle East, the Luxury Marketing Council Europe & America, Women in the City and the Marketing Society UK.
